This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and impulsive buying of fashion products through online shopping among early adult women in Banjarnegara. The method used in this study is quantitative with a correlational design. Participants in this study were 121 early adult women in Banjarnegara who shopped online and made random purchases. The technique used is incidental sampling. The research measurement used the self-esteem scale and the impulse buying scale, and questionnaires were distributed online. Data analysis was performed using parametric statistical analysis, namely Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that there was no relationship between self-esteem and impulsive buying of fashion products through online shopping among early adult women, with a value of r = -0,12 (p = 0,09). This means that self-esteem is not a major factor for early adult women in Banjarnegara in making impulsive purchases.
Bestin Julyan Sinaga Maria Nugraheni Mardi Rahayu Copyright (c) 2023 Bestin Julyan Sinaga, Maria Nugraheni Mardi Rahayu https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-11-29 2023-11-29 5 2 56 61 10.35747/ph.v5i2.756 The Relationship Between Self-efficacy and Homesickness in New Students in the Islamic Boarding School Environment http://journal.mbunivpress.or.id/index.php/psychoholistic/article/view/753
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and homesickness in new students at Islamic boarding schools. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of social support on career adaptability. Quantitative regression analysis tests were used as the research method. The population selected were final year students at the State University of Manado using a simple random sampling technique and a total sample of 51 students. The adaptability career scale (α = 0,90) and the social support scale (α = 0,91) were the instruments used in this study. Based on the results of the regression analysis test, there is a negative effect of social support on adaptability to work. The researchers suggest that the conditions caused by social support that are received too often will, in fact, make it more difficult for students to make decisions about their careers. Social support offers knowledge and strategies for experiencing career change. This situation is not compatible with the careers of the new economy.
Tiara Veronika Copyright (c) 2023 Tiara Veronika https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-11-29 2023-11-29 5 2 74 79 10.35747/ph.v5i2.685 Correlation of Bullying Behaviour Experienced with the Mental Health of High School Students in Tomohon City http://journal.mbunivpress.or.id/index.php/psychoholistic/article/view/761
This study aimed to determine the impact of bullying behavior on the mental health of high school students in Tomohon City.
