The data collection instrument used a scale of achievement motive and work procrastination Likert model and analysis using the Correlation Product Moment with the help of SPSS 21 for Windows. The study shows that the achievement motive level and work procrastination are moderate. The correlation test shows a significant negative relationship between the two variables (p < 0.05), with a value of Pearson Correlation -0.631, which means a strong relationship exists. So, the higher the achievement motive, the lower the work procrastination and vice versa. Individuals with high achievement motives will not be overwhelmed by doubts when completing tasks and will make serious efforts to complete the work.
